A Big Thank You to The Chanticleer!

DSCF6229Thank you to Owners Susan Handy and Chef Jeff Worster, and the kitchen and crew at The Chanticleer for hosting a wonderful Nantucket Grown Dinner last night! Dinner featured Nantucket’s local seafood, beginning with Black Bass and Hibiscus Scented Moors End Beet Tartare and ending with an entree of Local Lobster Mac N Cheese. Dessert was Marco Pierre White’s Eton Mess, with meringues prepared with Boatyard Farm eggs. A big thank you to all of our local food sponsors: Bartlett’s Farm, Boatyard Farm, Moors End Farm, Nantucket Seafoods, Pumpkin Pond Farm, and Sayle’s Seafoods, as well as Annye’s Whole Foods for the wine.
