DSCF7209Chef Greg Margolis of the Nantucket Culinary Center provided an interactive tour of the Market last Saturday in a farm to fork experience. First, participants gained buying tips as they listened in on Chef Greg’s talk with Community Farm Institute growers. Chef Greg also made purchases at Pumpkin Pond Farm’s produce table, then everyone went to the Culinary Center for a chef demonstration on how to make fresh lemon verbena and mint tea.

Chef Greg will be at the Market every Saturday this summer. Meet him at 11:00 at the Big Yellow Tent. Suggested donation of $10.00.
