This coming Saturday, June 24, 10:00 a.m.

Participants will join Chef Greg Margolis of Nantucket Culinary on an interactive tour of the Sustainable Nantucket Farmers & Artisans Market. During this tour, you will get the opportunity to purchase fresh produce from island growers while you accompany the chef in his purchases and listen to his commentary and suggestions.

Afterwards, proceed to Nantucket Culinary for a cooking demonstration and tasting.

What to Expect: Nantucket Culinary is partnering with Sustainable Nantucket’s NantucketGrown Campaign to give you the opportunity to shop, prepare and tase locally sourced produce with Chef Greg. This campaign helps indicate to consumers that the food they are purchasing has been grown, processed, and distributed on Nantucket.

Please meet at the Sustainable Nantucket Farmers & Artisans Market at Cambridge and North Union at Sustainable Nantucket information table under the Big Yellow Tent.

Wear comfortable shoes because you will be walking outside for a portion of this demonstration.
