Taste Test Success with Guest Chef

October is Farm to School Month! What better way to celebrate then by eating locally grown produce cooked by a local chef?

Chef Chris Morris has been a part of the restaurant and hospitality business on Nantucket for over twenty years. He currently is a private chef committed to local sourcing and sustainable cooking. On October 26th he offered the students of Cyrus Peirce Middle School and Nantucket High School a taste of locally grown cuisine created using produce grown at Nantucket’s Lazy Man Garden. Students enjoyed Spice-rubbed Butternut Squash along with Chopped Kale Salad-yum!
