Our 2nd Annual NantucketGrown™ Food Festival will feature a unique and exciting series of events,
hosted by Sustainable Nantucket in collaboration with our farmers, chefs,
fishermen, brewers, beekeepers and artisanal food producers.

  • Opening Reception featuring tastings with renowned island chefs including Chris Freeman of Nantucket Yacht Club, Gabriel Frasca of Straight Wharf Restaurant, Seth Raynor of the Boarding House & the Pearl, Edwin Claflin of Oran Mor, Marcus Ware of Greydon House, Erin Zircher of Cru, and Greg Margolis of Nantucket Culinary, Nantucket growers, oyster farmers, honey producers, artisanal cheese makers and food producers, spirits, cider & beer tasting with Cisco Brewery & Triple 8 Distillery, wine from MS Walker & more!
  • Future of Food Presentation* by Restorative Ocean Farmer & Winner of the 2015 Buckminster Fuller Prize, Bren Smith
  • Private foraging expedition & “wild weed” harvest demo & cocktail party with renowned forager & author Tama Matsuoka Wong
